The Attention Deficit Behavioral Scale (ADBS) is intended for pupils (grade 4-6) attention deficit behavior which focuses on inattention along the five identified components: a) Asocial; b) Disorganization; c) Distractibility; d) Forgetfulness and; e) Non-conformity. ADBS is an 86-item scale designed for use of teachers, parents and other helping professional to aid in identifying children with ADHD. The responses are made on a 5 point Likert -Scale type, as follows: 1-very rarely; 2-rarely; 3-sometimes; 4-often; and 5-always.
